I have spent more than 20 years teaching. I set up my own business when I was 22 teaching children, then added teaching adults to my portfolio. In 2005, I discovered “life coaching” in the Harper’s Bazaar Business for Women insert.
I decided to investigate what this coaching was and discovered a new career - though coaching back then was little more than motivational speaking with few to no rules and regulations or guidelines on how to do it effectively.
In 2009, I set up the first Career and Life Coaching Centre that quickly became one of the most successful businesses that added coach training to its services.
