Dimi Kassaris, Business Consultant

Dimi is our specialist Business Consultant. She is an expert in Corporate Communications and Marketing Strategy. She handles Partnerships on many levels with the precision you would want a member of your team to have. Disciplined, straightforward, and always honest, Dimi is an invaluable member of Coaching Evolution Int’l and its smaller brands owned by Pamela. She is also an Accredited Career & Leadership Coach at Practitioner level (EIA EMCC) with a fair amount of coaching hours to ensure great coaching outcomes. Dimi lives in Amsterdam and enjoys the canals at every opportunity.

George Pyrounakis, Operations Manager & Quality Assurance

George is an entrepreneur ever since he remembers himself. He has tried and tested everything there is to be tested in entrepreneurship and business. He has a quick wit, a strict attitude, yet, a very kind heart. He dislikes repeating the same thing twice, so he wants people around him to be alert. This is why he is with us as an Operations Manager and to ensure that our company, Coaching Evolution Int’l, and its new brands will deliver services and products at the quality they promise. He is responsible for our Client Concierge service, as well. George lives in Berlin and enjoys working on many projects at the same time. His own company has to do with hardcore merchandising for bands across Europe and own-brand clothing.

Melina Michalovits, Creative Director, image & Branding

Melina pays attention to detail. Every - single - detail. She is extremely organised and likes to complete tasks even before she is asked to do so. She is great at meetings as she always keeps an open mind and cares for everyone around her. She talks little and does more. She is an awarded photographer and her photo “Juicy Delights” won first prize at a national competition among more than 300 other contestant in the “Edibles 2020-2021” competition. She loves travelling and taking photos, of course. She is a core member of the Coaching Evolution Int’l team as she help Pamela design the creative strategy of her brand image and that of the company as a whole.
